Account Deletion and Data Retention

30-Day Deactivation Period: When you request account
deletion through the App's account settings, your account enters a 30-day
deactivation period. During this period, your account is inactive but not
permanently deleted. If you log back in during this period, the deletion
request is automatically cancelled and your account will be reactivated.
After 30 days of no activity, your account is permanently deleted.

Prerequisites for Deletion: Before your deletion request
can be processed, you must complete or withdraw from all active campaigns.
Any pending video submissions will have the 30-day period to be reviewed
by Brands.

What Gets Deleted: Upon permanent deletion, the following
data will be removed from our systems:

Personal information (name, email address, phone number)

Profile data and uploaded identity documents, including the actual photo
files stored in our systems

Pending and rejected video submissions, including the actual video files
stored in our systems

Chat messages and communications

Payment method settings

Profile images and any other uploaded media files

What Gets Retained (and why): Certain information may be
retained after account deletion:

Approved campaign videos: Retained under the perpetual
license granted in our Terms of Service. These videos have been paid for
by Brands and the license survives account termination.

Payout records: Retained for tax, accounting, and legal
compliance purposes (typically 7 years as required by law).

Campaign participation history: May be retained in
anonymized form for Brand reporting purposes.

Pending Payouts: Any pending payouts will continue to be
processed during the 30-day deactivation period. Unpaid earnings remaining
after the 30-day period will be forfeited.

13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile
applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can
activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your
online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no
uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals
has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser
signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice
not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted
that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice
in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser
DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard
for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this
time.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete

Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard
for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this
time.
